About Rapid Mobility Limited

Founded in 2017 by Warren Hicks, Rapid Mobility Limited was built on the belief that true success in the mobility industry comes not just from products and services, but from genuine care for people.

Warren began his journey in the mobility sector five years earlier, working with several companies across Dorset. Starting from the ground up, he gained hands-on experience in every area of the trade - from repairs and servicing to sales and customer support. This all-round understanding gave him a unique insight into what worked well in the industry and, just as importantly, what didn’t.

Frustrated by the lack of personal care he saw in some companies - both large and small - Warren set out to create something different. Guided by his personal motto: “Care for the customer - I always look at it as if it were my Nan; I’d want her looked after,” he built Rapid Mobility on a foundation of empathy, integrity, and community spirit.

Warren’s approach turned customers into friends and created a culture where people come first. He carefully assembled a passionate, experienced, and hardworking team who shared his vision: to serve the community with honesty, kindness, and professionalism - not just to make money.

Today, Rapid Mobility is proud to be known for more than just products. We’re known for the relationships we build, the support we offer, and the trust our clients place in us every day. We’re more than a team - we’re a Rapid family, and every client is treated like one of our own.

But Warren’s commitment doesn’t stop at great service; his passion for innovation keeps him at the forefront of the mobility industry. Always tuned in to the latest developments, he maintains strong relationships with leading manufacturers and suppliers, actively feeding back customer needs and ideas to help shape future products. Even while his company was still in its infancy, Warren went above and beyond, designing his own line of scooters to meet the real needs of users before the wider market caught up.
