Customers purchasing non-bespoke items online or over the phone are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt. In-store purchases of non-bespoke items may be eligible for return within seven days, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
Any special orders or items purchased specifically for a customer (bespoke or customised) are not eligible for return.
Hired equipment must be returned in the same condition it was supplied in.
Returns within cooling-off periods will receive a full refund excluding delivery costs, both standard and special delivery fees. If the product is returned to the Company by post, returns must be made at the cost of the customer and should be packaged in such a way that no damage is made to the product in transit. The customer will be liable for any damage caused in transit or any reduction of product value due to use, misuse, neglect or accident. We advise parcel tracking to be purchased for the return. If a Refund is approved by the company, the refund will be processed up to 14 working days of the product being received back to the company and after the customer’s request of cancellation notice.
If a Return is accepted outside the standard cooling-off periods, it will incur a 30% restocking fee, and are only permitted at the discretion of a company Director in writing.
